When you visit this site, the Swiss hosting provider automatically processes technical access data, which may include your IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer when transmitted, and browser or device information. This is done to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the site.
If you email me, I process your email address, message, attachments and related metadata to receive, secure, handle and answer your message. Email is provided by Fastmail Pty Ltd in Australia. According to Fastmail, data may be processed in Australia, the United States, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, India and Austria. For transfers to countries without adequate data protection, Fastmail's published data protection agreement provides for the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; their use for transfers governed by Swiss law requires the adaptations specified by the Swiss data-protection authority.
